Returns
Due to the living nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns under specific conditions:
- You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must have arrived in damaged, spoiled, or incorrect condition.
- All claims must include clear photographic evidence and your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns for the following:
- Healthy live plants (unless damaged in transit)
- Products returned without prior approval
- Gift cards, digital downloads, or custom orders
Return Procedure
- Contact us within 48 hours via. our Contact Form HERE, including your order number and photos of the item(s) you wish to return or refund.
- Once your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions or offer an appropriate resolution (e.g., replacement or partial refund).
- We reserve the right to request that the original item be returned before issuing a refund.
Refunds
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for live plants unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Return Shipping
In the event a return is authorized, you may be responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part. All return shipments should be made using a trackable shipping method.
