Shipping Policy


Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the delivery of our products. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.


1. Shipping Locations


We currently ship orders within Canada and United States only. 


2. Processing Time


  • All orders are processed on the following Monday or Tuesday after payment confirmation, unless stated on our website (e.g. vacation notices).
     
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.
     
  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended slightly.
     

3. Shipping Methods & Rates


Dave's Air Plant Corner offers a flat fee shipping rate that Customers can take advantage of as our most economical option. For Customers requiring faster delivery times, other shipping options are available upon checkout. 




4. Estimated Delivery Time


  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
     

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues beyond our control.


5. Weather-Sensitive Shipping


Due to the living nature of our air plants, we may delay shipments during extreme weather conditions (i.e., freezing temperatures or excessive heat) to ensure plant health and viability. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly.


6. Delivery Issues


  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
     
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
     
  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are unable to issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
     

7. Damaged Items


If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. Shipping Restrictions


We do not ship:


  • During periods of severe weather that may compromise plant health
     
  • To P.O. Boxes or remote areas not serviceable by our standard carriers, unless prior arrangements are made
