*Update 5/10/2021: Shipping delays seem to have improved the past month and delivery guarantees are usually met, especially if within Ontario.
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis in North America, Canada Post is experiencing nationwide delays and has suspended all delivery guarantees on all parcels mailed after March 18, 2020.
This means that your orders may arrive up to 1-3 business days later than usual, but please rest assured that the plants will arrive safe and sound, since Tillandsias can last in transit for as long as 10-14 days. As per usual I ship out orders on Mondays to prevent packages from staying at post office during the weekends. For instance, if you placed an order on a Tuesday, your package will likely be shipped the following Monday.
XpressPost service is still the recommended shipping method. Even with the delays, it is still the faster delivery option and ideal for the plants' travel. Expedited service is also available now the temperature has climbed back up.

Please note that we are not taking in-person appointments right now, but curbside pick-up is still available for online orders. You can book your appointments HERE after placing an order.
Due to the COVID protocols we can only accept contactless payments, which means we will not be accepting cash, all payments would have to be done online at checkout prior to the appointment. You can also pay in-person via E-Transfer.
